James D. Sanderson, VP of Administration
James D. Sanderson
When faced with a new situation, Sanderson’s instinct is to run as far as he can. Come to think of it, faced with anything, his instinct is to run as far as he can. He devotes 15 to 20 hours a week to training for road races – everything from 5 and 10Ks to marathons. When not running, he can often be found (if you can catch him) taking one-, two- and even three-hundred mile bike rides, or participating in Ironman triathlons. Sanderson did make time to receive an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies, graduating with honors, and earned membership in the Gamma Beta Phi National Honors Society.
His legal experience ranges from work on small cases to incredibly complex family law, medical malpractice and personal injury litigation. He was, for example, part of a trial team involved in litigation of multimillion dollar medical malpractice claims against a major pharmaceutical company, and served as National Administrator of a litigation group that acted as a central source of information related to those cases.
At the Rosen Law Firm, he works on all aspects of Family Law, from initial client interactions to assisting attorneys at trial. Sanderson combines a vast knowledge of civil litigation and trial preparation with a willingness to work hard (and smart) to resolve client issues. He has a proven ability to develop good rapport with witnesses, experts and clients. Needless to say, he’s very goal oriented. And obviously quite driven.
